  • San Diego has been called America’s Finest City.  People love living here. There are gorgeous beaches, amazing hiking trails, and the best zoo in the country.  Why would you even need online therapy in San Diego?

The answer is easy:  You’re human. No matter where you live, life can become overwhelming.

Even though you supposedly live in “paradise” that doesn’t mean you’re free from stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, and past painful experiences. You may feel even more pressure to be happy because of where you live and feel weak for struggling or not being able to deal with it because you live somewhere so many people only dream of.

Some common struggles in San Diego include:

    • Struggling to make good friends and find a community to belong to

    • Feeling pressure to be active and "seize the day"

    • Feeling far from home and missing family and friends if you didn't grow up in San Diego

    • Having to look beach-ready all of the time

    • Depressed mood during May Gray/June Gloom

Online therapy is right for you if you live in or near San Diego because it’s a convenient way to get the help you want and need on your time.

    With online therapy you:

    • No longer have to sit in traffic on the 5 or 805 to find a therapist who specializes in what you are looking for

    • Don’t have to sacrifice extra time at the beach to get to your appointment

    • Don't have to worry about being late because you are looking for parking

    • Can have a therapy session in a private outdoor space - this way, you can move around and enjoy our gorgeous weather instead of being stuck in a therapist’s office

Services available in the San Diego area including San Diego, Encinitas, Solana Beach, Carlsbad, Del Mar, Poway, Oceanside, Orange County, and throughout the state of California including Los Angelos and San Fransisco.

  • Life in “the city that never sleeps” comes with its positives and challenges. The best pizza exists around every corner, the worlds greatest museums and theaters are at your doorstep, and you feel proud of yourself for "making it" there.  Every opportunity in the world is here. So, why would you need online therapy in NYC?

Because the grind is real - living in tiny spaces, waiting in the longest lines at Trader Joes, and pushing your way through thousands of people (sometimes through dirty slush!) on your way to work.  Being an adult is hard enough. Living in this city can add a whole new level of stress, anxiety, and overwhelm.  Although people all over America think that your life probably looks like something out of a movie (and sometimes is truly feels that way!), living in NYC is hard.

    With online therapy you:

    • No longer have to trek through the snow and rain to get to your therapist’s office

    • Don’t have to drip sweat while speed walking to your appointment on a hot summer day

    • Don’t have to squeeze in another commute during lunch or after work

    • Can have more privacy and you don’t have to worry about being leaving an appointment emotional in public

    • Can hold onto a sense of calm at home, instead of losing it when you step back into the chaos of the outside world.

    • Can build in the transition time you need between ending a session and getting back into the hustle and bustle

Therapy comes to you, wherever you are, with services available in the New York City area—including Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Westchester, Long Island—and throughout New York State.

  • Life in New Jersey comes with its unique perks and challenges. Whether you're enjoying the peaceful suburbs, the quick access to the Jersey Shore, or the easy commute to the heart of New York City, there's a lot to love about living here.

But life in New Jersey can also be overwhelming. Whether it's the long workdays, constant juggling of family and responsibilities, or the stress of navigating the busy roads and endless traffic, it’s easy to feel burnt out.

So, why would you need online therapy in New Jersey?

Because life in the Garden State can be hectic. The constant demands of work, family, and life can leave you feeling drained, stressed, and disconnected. Managing it all is tough, and sometimes you need help to make sense of it and find peace.

    With online therapy, you:

    • Don’t have to deal with traffic or find parking to get to your therapist’s office

    • Can avoid rushing through your day to fit in another commute

    • Can access therapy from the comfort and privacy of your home

    • Don’t have to worry about showing up to work or family events after an emotional session

    • Can take the time you need to process and transition back into your day

The online therapy platform I use is confidential.  Even though we’re not meeting in person, we’ll use the latest treatment methods to help you reach your goals. Therapy and counseling services are still tailored to your unique needs and situation.
